All orders placed before 10:00 PM will be processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. The cut-off time 00:00 GMT +1.
If we receive many orders on any given day, your order may be delayed by several days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
We ship worldwide. Shipping for orders over €1,00 is entirely free. The estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday). In special cases, delays may occur. Again, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service in this case, by sending an email to support@blisswell.co. You will usually receive a reply within 6 hours.

All customs duties and taxes are paid. The price on the product page is the final product price.
Blisswell is responsible for any product damaged or lost in transit. If you have received your order damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before requesting a return or making a claim.
